OUR MISSION:
Our mission is to ensure that
Stephen Harper and the Conservative
Party do not obtain a majority in the 2008 federal election.
We have a way to ensure you get the
best bang for your vote at the polls.
HOW IT WORKS:
Say you are in a riding where your preferred party
seems to have a slim chance of winning.
We match you with someone in another riding
who is faced with the same situation.
You vote for their party in your riding and
they vote for yours
in their riding
- and we're all better off now that
two votes have been strategically cast against the Tories.
You still give your support to your own party
– just in a different riding!
Even if you are in a riding where
the Conservatives are certain to win,
you can take part by swapping
to help elect ABC (Anything But Conservative)
candidates everywhere.
HOW TO GET IN:
This is all
arranged through a group on
Facebook.com.
You must register on
Facebook if
you haven’t already.
(You will likely find this social
network
quite useful in the future anyway.)
Once you have an account,
go to the Search box and key in
“Anti-Harper Vote Swap Canada”.
You will find it in the Search
results
